Dr. Pankaj Wadhwa, after postgraduation in Urology from PGIMER, Chandigarh trained in Endo-Urology, Uro-Oncology, Reconstructive Urology and Robotic Urology as a Senior Research Associate at AIIMS, New Delhi from 2004 to 2006. He completed his Fellowship in Endo-Urology (Endourology Society, USA) while working at AIIMS, New Delhi. He was Visiting Honorary Consultant at Medway Maritime Hospital, Gilligham Kent, UK. He honed his skills in Endourology for Urolithiasis, Laser Prostatectomy (HoLEP) and Laparoscopy while serving as Chief Urologist at RG Stone Urology and Laparoscopy Hospitals at Karol Bagh, Rajouri Garden and East of Kailash, New Delhi during 2009- 2016.

Before joining Medanta, Dr. Wadhwa served as Director and Head of Department of Urology & Renal Transplant at Primus Super Specialty Hospital, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. He is a mentor for HoLEP training in India since 2016. He has 36 international and national publications and has contributed two chapters in books.
