Between 2010 and 2012, Dr. Liu served as Consultant Ophthalmologist and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at Hospital Batu Pahat, where he gained extensive experience managing complex eye diseases and performing advanced microsurgical procedures. He remains actively involved in continuing medical education and regularly attends national and international ophthalmology conferences.
